SkillBridge is part of A2SV, a social impact organization that bridges the gap between Africa’s top talent and global tech opportunities. A2SV trains students in data structures, algorithms, and system design, equipping them with the skills to thrive in the tech industry. With over 800 students trained from 20+ African countries, A2SV has successfully placed graduates in companies like Google, Amazon, Bloomberg, and more. Beyond training, A2SV fosters a tech ecosystem in Africa by incubating projects like SkillBridge, aimed at tackling the continent’s most pressing challenges.

Our team consists of software and electrical engineering graduates from Addis Ababa University, deeply familiar with the higher education system. Supported by advisors from Turkiye and the US, we bring a diverse range of technical and strategic skills.
